Phuoc Lam Tu

       Located on Nguyen An Ninh street, Vung Tau city, Phuoc Lam Tu have a history of 200 years. This is a monument with beautiful scenery and architecture, and with a variety of statues. Beside the lotus pond, there is a Quan Am Nam Hai statue with the height of 3,5m. The central chamber are disposed with statues such as: Di Da Tam Ton, Thich Ca A nan, Ca Diep, Phat Nhap Niet Ban, the woody statue of Chuan De, the terra-cotta statue of Ong Giam. Particularly, Phuoc Lam Tu still reserves a stone statue of Vish Nu, which has the date back to the late period of Funan - Chenla ( about the 7th century) and is of antique value ( Vish Nu spirit is the universe protector popular in Champa tower in the central area). Phuoc Lam Tu shrine is local buddism center where many tourists come for sight seeing and burning incense.
