Ba Ria Circular House

Located at the centre of Ba Ria township, Ba Ria Circular House having a relatively-special shape, was built at the time of French period. IT has the shape of a roofed round water tower of 20m high, including 8 pillars and a working house below functioned as a base. On August 25th, 1945, the revolutionary flag was hanged on top of the tower. Tens of thousands of people took part in a meeting and rose up to seize the power form French colonial and its feudal lackey. On May 1st, 1975, the South was liberated; Ba Ria City Party Committee organized a meeting at the Circular House to  congratulate the victory. Ba Ria Circular House was recognized as the historical and cultural vestige on 5th June 1987 by the Ministry of Culture and Infomation.
